Nothingness

Today is a lesson and everyone that I meet is a teacher and what they do is a lesson. It is up to me to learn the lessons and recognise the teacher.

Form is emptiness and emptiness is form ... I am trying to find emptiness today but I am allficted by the the thoughts forming in my head. My word for today is "Affliction"
